Evening my one or two live readers and all you web crawlers out there looking for motorcycle maintenance blogs or news on custom Harley Davidsons.
All I have to say tonight is too many "honey-do's" and other chores to do much riding today. I think I rode 2.75 miles for a grocery store run total. And all the chores? Not a single one was working on a motorcycle!
Maybe next Saturday... .
A blog about motorcycles, riding, motorcycle maintenance, customizing and working on bikes, bike rides I have done and bike shops I have visited while traveling. Oh yeah, it's about bikes.
A blog about motorcycles, motorcyclists, and motorcycle shops
Musings on riding and working on bikes, and observations as I travel and visits bikers, riders, motorcyclists, events and shops

Motorcycle Maintenance Projects coming due
After traveling way too much last month, and most of it not by motorcycle, it's time to catch up on some motorcycle maintenance and repairs.
So let's see if I can make a good list, and knock some of this out:
For the custom Harley Davidson Sportster:
Sand, repaint and re-install rear fender
Remove, sand, repaint and re-install gas tank
Replace fork seals and re-fill with fresh fork oil
Change motor oil
Service K&N Air Filter
For the 1986 Concours
Replace left inner fairing
Wire 12-volt outlet on left inner fairing
Check rear brake squeel/replace if needed
Cut down nasty extra windscreen and paint then install as summer custom screen
Make trim pieces to replace mid and lower fairings as semi-naked custom motorcycle
Tighten everything
Yeah, that's a small to do list!
